Refund Policy

All courses contain downloadable content. As such, all sales are final and refunds will not be issued.

Proprietary Information

All content and materials viewable and distributed in connection with any course or program on this site (the “Content”) is proprietary to, and solely owned by, Beyond Cellular Healings and/or Lisa Thomas and should be considered confidential for purposes herein, meaning it may only be used by you as authorized by the Beyond Cellular Healings or Lisa Thomas in writing. You are being granted a personal, non-transferrable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Content solely in connection with your participation in this program. You agree not to copy, disseminate, disclose or otherwise use or re-use the Content in any manner whatsoever with any person or third party (whether or not related to you or your business) or for your or a third party’s benefit without the prior written consent from Lisa Thomas. Use of the program Content with any third parties shall require a separate written licensing agreement. You agree that if you contribute anything of a creative or substantive nature, including without limitation, ideas, titles, content, photographs and suggestions for the program or Content, then you are agreeing the contribution does not infringe on the rights of any third party and will indemnify Beyond Cellular Healings and Lisa Thomas from same, and you hereby irrevocably assign and give up all your rights in and to any such contribution, including without limitation, moral rights. If we find that you are using the Content in an unauthorized manner, Beyond Cellular Healings and Lisa Thomas may seek an injunction to stop such use.

Liability Disclaimer

Lisa Thomas, Beyond Cellular Healings, and any other employees, affiliates or third parties associated with this program and the Content, make no promises, guarantees, representations or warranties, whether express or implied, regarding results of the program. You understand this program is not intended for, nor should not be used as or in, medical, psychiatric or psychological diagnosis and/or medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment. We are neither diagnosing nor treating any specific health, psychological or emotional challenges. You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing and for continuing with your own medical, psychiatric and psychological treatment and care. Accordingly, if you believe you need such professional diagnoses or treatments, you agree to seek out such third party professionals to address your concerns; and you will not hold Lisa Thomas, Beyond Cellular Healings or anyone else associated with the program and Content liable or responsible for any claims, actions, damages, whether physical or psychological, and will indemnify them from same to the fullest legal extent. In no event will Beyond Cellular Healings or Lisa Thomas be liable to you for consequential, special or any other damages. The maximum amount Beyond Cellular Healings or Lisa Thomas shall be liable to you for is the cost you paid for the program. You knowingly, voluntarily and intelligently assume all responsibility and risk for any results or reactions from participating in the program. The program is intended for informational purposes only, and any experiences, whether they are beneficial or not, are incidental and shall be deemed unrelated to the actions of Lisa Thomas or any officers or employees of Beyond Cellular Healings.

Your use of the program and any personal interaction between you and Beyond Cellular Healings and Lisa Thomas are governed by these terms and by California law; and you agree any disputes will be settled exclusively by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.

Processing This Order Indicates:

1. that  I  understand and  acknowledge  that  all services  are provided  to  me,  by  Beyond  Cellular Healings,  LLC.  And,  
2. that  I  have  read  and  fully  understand  and  agree  to  and  with,  the  above Privacy Policy  and  Liability  Disclaimer. And,  
3. that  I  am  accepting  these  services  provided  of  my own  free  will,  without  any  promises  or guarantees.  And,  
4. that  I  will not  stop  any  medical treatment, medication  or other  health  treatments  without  the  guidance  of  my  physician  or other licensed  health care  provider. And,  
5. that  I  knowingly,  voluntarily,  and  intelligently  assume all  responsibility  for any outcomes,  be  they  beneficial or not,  as a  result of  receiving  these  services as provided,  including  any adverse  reactions that  may  occur. And,  
6. that  I  agree  to release,  indemnify,  hold  harmless and defend,  Lisa  Thomas,  Beyond  Cellular Healings,  LLC, and  any  other  members or employees of Beyond  Cellular Healings,  LLC,  from  and  against  any and  all  claims  which  I,  or my  representatives, may  have  for  any  loss,  damage,  or injury  of  any  kind  or nature  arising  out  of  or in  connection  with  any healing  or personal services provided,  specifically  including,  but  not  limited  to  any  negligence  of  Lisa Thomas,  Beyond  Cellular Healings,  LLC,  or other members or  employees of  Beyond  Cellular Healings,  LLC, whether related  to  any  services provided  or not.  And,  
7. that  I  understand  that  any  of these  activities  may  result in  adverse  reactions which  may  be  caused  by  my  own  action,  or inaction; and  that  I  fully  accept  and  assume  all  such  risks  and  all  responsibility  for losses,  costs,  and  damages that  I  incur  as a  result  of  my  participation  in  any  of  these  activities.  And,  
8. that  this writing  reflects the  complete  and  total  agreement  between  the  parties.  That  should  any  portion  of  this agreement  be held invalid, that the rest of the agreement shall continue in full force and effect. That any dispute related to this agreement shall be governed by California Law and proper venue shall be Los Angeles, California.
9. I also understand that videotaping may occur during any live retreats, live group activations on a video recording platform or services for the purposes of research, marketing, and/or publicity. I agree to be photographed and videotaped without compensation of any kind. I understand that this footage may be used, as deemed appropriate Lisa Thomas and/or Beyond Cellular Healings, LLC., for any and all uses and that it may be viewed by public and private sector audiences in any and all media.  Privacy Policy: Personal information is collected for the records Lisa Thomas and Beyond Cellular Healings, LLC only and is not disclosed to any third party.  Liability Disclaimer: Lisa Thomas and Beyond Cellular Healings, LLC, any other members or employees Beyond Cellular Healings, LLC or anyone else associated with this work, make no promises, guarantees, representations or warranties regarding medical or psychological diagnosis and/or medical or psychological treatment and are neither diagnosing nor treating specific health, psychological or emotional challenges. Lisa Thomas is not a licensed physician, and is not acting as a licensed physician. You are solely responsible for your own health and wellbeing and for continuing with your own medical and psychological treatment and care. Any techniques utilized during your session are non-licensed. Any experiences, whether they be beneficial or not, are incidental and not related to any actions of Lisa Thomas or any members or employees of Beyond Cellular Healings, LLC
10. The material in the course is the intellectual property of Lisa Thomas, Beyond  Cellular Healings, LLC and Soul Awakening Method. Any unauthorized use of any of the course material will be considered a violation.
11. We do not make any financial guarantees on the success of any business that takes the certification and waive any responsibility herein.
